Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your StressClick Keychain. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the product, without needing to give a reason.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at clickypeace@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. We'll always let you know if this applies at the time of purchase.
